Use Luminar Neo Capabilities to improve Videos?

Using the built-in AI tool to remove noise and sharpen images, I was wondering if there might be a way to automate this step to process multiple images. The idea would be the following:
- Convert Video Frames to Images
- Use a (e.g.) Python Script to launch Luminar and De-Noise & Sharpen the images.
- Do this for all frames
- Convert Frames back to Video

Or maybe there is already a software existing that does this kind of job?
