Not all Preset Pro presets will load

Anyone having trouble installing PresetPro presets in Luminar Neo? I recently purchased PresetPro Film Emulation presets for Luminar Neo. I was able to get the presets for Agfa, Kodak and Fuji loaded with no problem. However two of the presets- FilmEmulationBlk and FilmEmulationPOL do not load properly. They do not appear in the list of recently added or All presets.
 
PresetPro support said they are discontinuing the Windows version due to compatibility issues. All the presets work great on my Mac machine
