How to save selections?

Hi, I'm using NEO 1.24.5

I'm fairly new to the program but gradually getting into it.
Please let me know how to save selections so I don't to make a new one each time I move onto a new module.
I mostly use it with Mac Photoshop, but I'm happy to use it as a standalone if I need to.
