Luminar Neo does not start

My subscription was about to be over, and I renewed it before it expired. When I try to open it with my email ID and password, it says 'trial period expired'. I opened my account (same login and password) on the Skylum website and sent 3 messages for help, but nothing is forthcoming. Can somebody tell me how to contact them? I am not able to use Luminar for almost 24 hours.
 
Having the same issues. I renewed my subscription and they did not update my account after payment. They do not answer requests for help on website. Now I can no longer use the program. Getting ready to contact credit card for a charge back.
 
They replied and accepted that they did not update the renewal of subscription on their system. They updated it, and it started working. It took more than 48 hrs to get a response, though.
