Issue with previewing RAF files

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the Luminar software and it seems as if I have an issue right off the bat. When trying to add photos to Luminar I do not get a preview image for my RAF files, just a generic file graphic, I do get image previews with all JPEGS though. Has anyone had this issue before? Any insight would be great. Thanks.

I am new to Neo as well. I ran into a similar problem with my Canon RAW files (.CR2). However, I found that if I add them to my Catalog, I then had previews and could manipulate them.

I note that RAF is often associated with Fuji output. Is this the case for you?

Along my digital photo path, I learned that sometimes my operating system did not recognize or know how to preview or view some of my files. I learned that I needed a CODEC that would provide the required information.
So I searched the Internet and found some to choose from. After a bit of time reviewing my options, I downloaded one that met my needs.

That having been said, NEO has a lot of range within its system, and may show thumbnails that might not be visible in the OS.

Good luck.
